Ode to femininity

An artist photographer whose work, inspired by Helmut Newton and pin-up aesthetics, explores the many facets of femininity. After a career in finance and the media, she chose photography as a means of expression, questioning the place of women, the tyranny of appearances and the quest for equality. She uses lenticular photography to create interactive works that react to the viewer's passage, revealing different images depending on the angle of view. Using iconic figures such as Barbie and movie muses, she plays with codes of seduction and power, celebrating the strength and complexity of the feminine. Far from a war of the sexes, her work is an ode to balance, freedom and love.
