Blaune Silk Series

Artist and visual artist Brice Mounier presents Blaune, a work from his Silk series. The artist uses tissue paper crumpled with varying degrees of force to create an organic abstraction. In this work, blue and yellow are chosen for their ability to interact and transform according to the viewer's perspective. Blaune reacts to our passage: depending on our position, we may perceive the work as a whole in blue, or in its yellow version, underlining the dynamic and changing aspect of the work depending on where the observer is situated.
